Terms of Service

By accessing or using TradeMergeCard, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and any policies referenced in them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

If you use the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.

TradeMergeCard provides tools for card inventory management, trading coordination, match discovery, and deal tracking. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time as the product evolves.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You may not share access credentials, impersonate others, or use the service in a way that interferes with platform integrity or other users.

You retain responsibility for the inventory, trade information, messages, and other content you submit to the service. You represent that you have the necessary rights to submit that content.

You grant TradeMergeCard a limited right to host, process, and display your submitted content solely as needed to operate and improve the service.

You may not use TradeMergeCard to violate laws, infringe intellectual property or privacy rights, submit fraudulent trade information, scrape or reverse engineer protected parts of the service, or attempt to bypass security or access controls.

TradeMergeCard is a coordination platform. Actual exchanges, shipments, payments, and disputes between users remain the responsibility of the parties involved in the trade.

We do not guarantee that any trade will be completed, safe, lawful, or satisfactory, and we may remove content or restrict accounts where misuse or risk is identified.

We may suspend or terminate access to the service if we reasonably believe you have violated these terms, created risk for other users, or exposed TradeMergeCard to legal or operational harm.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, TradeMergeCard is provided on a free-to-use basis. If paid plans or features are introduced in the future, additional pricing, billing, and refund terms may apply and will be presented at that time.

The service is provided on an as available and as is basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted availability, complete accuracy, or that the service will always be free from errors or security incidents.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TradeMergeCard will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from or related to your use of the service.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where the service operator is established, without regard to conflict of law principles, except where mandatory local consumer laws require otherwise.

We may revise these Terms of Service from time to time. When material changes are made, we will update the effective date and provide notice through the service or other reasonable channels where appropriate.
